CHERRY BLOSSOMS IN RESTON ARE PEAKING NOW
Cherry blossom season is here, and you do not have to fight the D.C. crowds to enjoy it. We put together a quick video showing some of the best spots to catch cherry blossoms right here in Reston. The blooms are moving fast, and based on what I’m seeing, you may want to get out there today or tomorrow before they start to fade. Watch the video now and plan your blossom stop while they are still putting on a show.

HAWKLEY BREWING’S FIRST BIG WEEKEND: 10 BEERS, BIG CROWDS, GREAT VIBES
Herndon’s newest brewery is officially open, and we went back to Hawkley Brewing for the grand opening. The place was packed inside and out, with 10 beers on tap and nonstop comments about how tasty everything was. They’re also bringing in rotating food trucks and selling Reston’s own Nordic Knots for an easy snack. Watch the video for a quick look at the vibe, the beer lineup, and why this spot already feels like a community hangout.
