NEW COZY COCKTAILS IN RESTON
High above Reston Town Center, SYN rolls out a fall menu packed with smoky, cinnamony, spiced flavors and golden-hour views between the towers. Halloween week is stacked across Reston and Tysons. Start Thursday on The Perch at Capital One Center for a costume party with live music, spooky mini golf, and costumed pups, free entry and paint and sip extra, 3 to 7 pm. On Friday, pick from plaza-wide trick-or-treating at Lake Anne at 3 pm, Stick or Treat parkour for ages 9 and up at 2:30 pm, or a late night Rocky Horror at RCC CenterStage at 8 pm. Wrap it up Sunday with the SUP Witches coven paddle on Lake Anne at 1 pm, witch hats encouraged.
